Q: What is the processing time for orders from Little Grey Loft?

A: At Little Grey Loft, I strive to provide my customers with the best possible experience. My processing time for orders is typically 1-2 weeks after the order is placed but that can change during busier periods (think Christmas rush). 

Q: How will I know when my order has been processed and shipped?

A: Once your order has been processed and shipped, I will send you a notification via email. This email will include tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package. Please note that shipments are made on weekdays, and it may take up to 48 hours for movement to occur, especially around weekends.

Q: What if there is an issue with my order upon receipt?

A: I take great care in packaging and shipping my items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me immediately at littlegreyloft@gmail.com. I will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A: Due to the personalized nature of my products, I do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your product is faulty due to my craftsmanship or arrives damaged, I will always make sure you are satisfied. 

Q: How does the refund process work?

A: If a refund is approved for a faulty or damaged item, I will notify you once I've received and inspected the return. The refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Q: What is local pickup?

A: Local pickup is a convenient option for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly at Little Grey Loft, rather than having them shipped to their address.

Q: How does local pickup work?

A: When you choose the local pickup option during checkout, you can visit Little Grey Loft at the designated pickup location to collect your order. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Q: Where is the pickup location?

A: Our pickup location is in Temperance, Michigan. Please refer to the email notification for specific instructions on where to go to collect your order.

Q: Can the wood items be used outdoors?

A: No, all of my items are for indoor (and covered porch) use only. They are not suitable for outdoor weather conditions.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. However, if you are outside of these countries and wish to place an order, please contact us at littlegreyloft@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
